Located in the heart of Dewitt, NY, Peachtree Sandwich Company is a restaurant created by Syracuse native David Anastasio. David’s culinary experience spans decades of cooking and eating great food: from studying at the Culinary Institute of America, to working in restaurants here in Syracuse, NYC, Vermont, Philadelphia and Chicago, to many, shall we call them, ‘culinary research trips’ to the South (seems like a polite, Southern way of saying, “eating your way through the South,” no?). David endeavored to bring his favorite flavors of the South back home, and this Southern-inspired sandwich joint focused on big flavors, scratch-made dishes and a comfortable vibe was born. At PSC, the food is simple - made with great care and quality ingredients. We take the time to brine and smoke our own bacon; we roast our turkey breast and roast beef; we grind chuck and brisket in-house to give our burger its bold and delicious flavor. Our goal is to make you feel familiar after your first visit, and we look forward to serving you a great meal!
