Scratch Bakehouse is the child, and continuation of, the Stoop Bakery Cafe, which has been renown for bringing to Syracuse a new source of unique organic artisan bread, and French pastries. Today we continue that legacy, with the addition of American pastries as well. We have our bakery production facility at 446 East Brighton Ave, Syracuse, NY 13210, which also has a retail counter. We also have our bakery cafe, serving forty Weight roasters coffee and espresso drinks along with our full line of pastries and bread. We encourage our guests to come sit with us as a social occasion, and a respite from work. Our WiFi and environment are unparalleled.
