Our 12,000 sq. foot clean, fully carpeted, state-of-the-art facility is located at 6796 Northern Blvd. in East Syracuse, NY.  We offer gymnastics classes to children of all ages, from toddlers to school-age children.

Our gym is equipped with a 25-foot tumble track, a deep 18 x 25 ft in-ground foam pit, and a variety of other equipment used for recreational and competitive gymnastics programs.  We have 35' ceilings and a large viewing area. All of our equipment meets the Safety Standards of USA Gymnastics.

Our gymnastics curriculum is adapted from USA Gymnastics and offers instruction for the beginner who wants recreational participation to the more advanced students who are seeking a possible future in gymnastics. We focus on developing a strong gymnastics foundation so that your child will safely progress, increase strength and flexibility, and improve overall movement and coordination.  Our friendly and skilled staff offer group classes and private individual lessons.
