Why Syracuse?

New York’s $700 million film incentive program is one of the most robust in the nation. The upstate New York region, including Syracuse and Central New York has a Production Tax Credit and Post-Production Tax Credit 10% higher than that of the downstate New York region. The Central New York region also offers an additional local incentive, the Onondaga County Production Rebate incentives for Movies and Entertainment Development (PRIMED) through the Innovation Group of CNY Arts.
