Cuppa Candles

Overview

Cuppa Candles is Sarah - a one-woman army pouring soy wax in Syracuse, NY. The idea originally emerged in 2015 while looking for an eco-friendly alternative to standard candle-making supplies, so the up-cycled mug (cuppa) candle was born. While still occasionally making quirky Cuppa Candles in mugs, our line has expanded to offer jarred candles, flame-free home fragrances, and custom scent offerings - including Downtown Syracuse's first DIY Candle Bar in McCarthy Mercantile.

Candle Bar

Create a Custom Soy Candle as unique as you. Candle Bar is walk-in friendly for groups up to 4-5, so there's no pressure to schedule your visit. You can make your custom blend at your leisure and approach the bar to pour when you're ready. While you wait for your candle to cure, we encourage you to check out Downtown shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. We are more than happy to provide recommendations.
