Jerry Rescue 175th Anniversary at the Everson Museum of Art

Thursday, October 1 | 6:00 - 8:00 pm

Join the Erie Canal Museum, New York Power Authority, and New York State Canal Corporation for a look at the monumental Jerry Rescue and how its history connects within the larger context of the Abolition Movement along the Erie Canal. At 6 pm the program will begin in the Everson's auditorium with a multi-media presentation by Yao Khalil-Newkirk and a panel discussion with Khalil-Newkirk, Kyle Bass, Ckristina Bennett, and Robert Searing.

Syracuse International Film Festival
