Critz Farms Maple Syrup Celebration
Visit Critz Farms on weekends from March 20th to April 4th for our annual Maple Syrup Celebration! See how maple syrup is made from tap to bottle – and enjoy an all you can eat breakfast buffet.
Maple Syrup Celebration activities include:
– Wagon rides through the tree fields to the maple sugarbush
– Observation of the vacuum system and sap collection station in our woods
– Informational tour of the Sugar House, including tapping, sap collection, boiling, and syrup production, as well as bottling
– All You Can Eat Breakfast Buffet at the Critz Café from 9:00 am–1:00 pm (prices varies by age)
– Kiddie Corral and Slide Mountain children’s play areas will be open, weather permitting
– Nature Trails open – Wear your boots!
– Critz Farms Brewing and Cider Co. Tap Room open serving up seasonal drinks along with your year-round favorites
This is a free event, breakfast prices vary by age. Tours and activities run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and our Tap Room will be open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
National Flower Day

Kick off the spring season by celebrating the beauty of flowers!
Treat yourself to a warm beverage, chat about flowers, meet local farmers, and support several of our favorite small businesses.
We’ll be ready with fresh seasonal flowers grown right here in CNY, plus a few small surprises for early visitors.

Syracuse Half Marathron
