Family-owned bagel shop serving custom-blended Recess Coffee. Our bagel shop serves Authentic NYC, kettle-boiled bagels and bialys. They are shipped directly to us from the city, where we thaw and bake perfectly. Why don’t we make them? We all know that the most delicious bagels come from NYC. We’ve heard the NYC water makes these bagels so delicious. They have a glossy sheen and crunch on the outside with a chewy, soft inside. Our bagels and bialys are all-natural, 100% kosher, and free of preservatives, artificial flavors, colors, and dough conditioners.
