Overview
We’re bringing a whole new flavor to downtown Syracuse, inspired by our iconic Sassy Sauces and the legendary recipes from Sal's Birdland. Step inside and experience a Western saloon vibe, where bold flavors meet a warm, rustic atmosphere.
From crispy fried chicken to our tangy, mouthwatering sauces, we’re here to spice up your dining experience. Whether you're a longtime fan of Sal's or new to the Sassy experience, we promise you’ll leave with a smile (and maybe a little sauce on your fingers).
Now pouring: Great drinks, incredible flavors, and the perfect mix of nostalgia and excitement.
