Overview
Tract 66 is on the ancestral land of the Onondaga Nation, part of the sovereign Haudenosaunee Confederacy. It was stewarded with care and purpose long before it was designated Military Lot 66 and awarded to Revolutionary War veterans.
Through the centuries, the land changed hands over 20 times, its agricultural identity shifting with each generation. In 2001, the Nocek family began restoring the property as part of Anyela’s Vineyards, reviving its spirit and reconnecting it to the surrounding landscape.
Tract 66 is part of the greater vision behind Anyela’s Vineyards. Owned and operated by the same family, the two properties share more than just land—they share a philosophy of restoration, hospitality, and deep connection to place. As Tract 66 welcomes new stories, it remains rooted in the same values that have guided Anyela’s from the beginning.
Tract 66 is built to host gatherings that matter—whether that’s a wedding under soft evening light, a corporate retreat grounded in nature, or a private dinner party with wine from the very vines outside.
