Syracuse Crunch

Representing the AHL league, the Syracuse Crunch, the Triple A Affiliate to the Tampa Bay Lightning NHL team has it’s home base set up at the Upstate Medical Arena at the Oncenter War Memorial, located right in downtown Syracuse. Conveniently located to several bars and restaurants, fans can enjoy a drink or meal and then head over to the game, or vice versa. Nearing 75 regular games per season, consisting of over 30 home games, there’s plenty of opportunity to plan an evening out at the hockey rink with the family, your friends, or that special someone. 

Syracuse Mets

Let’s Go (Syracuse) Mets! The amazin' city of Syracuse is home to the New York Mets Triple A baseball team — the Syracuse Mets. Catch a ball game through early fall at the first class NBT Bank Stadium which was recently renovated in 2019, where the hometown heroes host a variety of fun nights to go along with watching some of the most skilled players in the league. Dollar hot dog night, bark in the park, and traditional cultural celebrations, baseball season in Syracuse is fun and affordable. With roughly 150 games a season, with over 70 of those played at home, watching the Syracuse Mets is a summer staple when you’re here in the Salt City.
